Missing packages must be reported within 2 business days to support@plantingtree.com so that we can perform a trace and find your missing package.  After 2 business days, we will be unable to perform a trace and therefore acknowledge that the package was indeed delivered to your location.  There will be no refunds.  

If carrier has lost package, we will simply reship your missing products. You will receive an email as soon as your package is delivered.
